Climate is what you expect, weather is what you get. Being in Ohio we are always concerned about the weather. Sometimes it is very clear and sometimes it is very cloudy. When I first moved here someone said "Don't like the weather, wait five minutes, it will change." Although it does not change that quickly all the time, it can.
