Letoonia Golf Resort in Belek Turkey - 36.84N by 31.1E.

I'm sending along several captured frames from my new rig:
Sony's relatively new very compact true high definition 1080i 16:9 HDR-HC1
camcorder which records to tape in 1920x1080 format, with frames captured
to it's Memory Stick in 1440x810 pixels. It's much lighter than the old 3-ccd Sony,
and can hang by its nose, so to speak, with a William Optics DCL-4337 dedicated
afocal eyepiece screwing into the Sony's 37mm filter threads.
Used my trusty old 4" f/10 AstroRubinar MCT.

At Sea
Gordon, Angie and Nicholas Telepun
Decatur, Alabama, USA
The ship was the Ocean Monarch which departed out of Piraeus Greece.
We intercepted the umbra on the Mediterranean Sea at Longitude 28 degrees
36.98 minutes East and Latitude 34 degrees 48.11 minutes North.
Totality time 3 minutes and 53 seconds. We had very calm seas. So stable that
many eclipse chasers were able to photograph at focal lengths of 1000 mm and higher.

The images are frames pulled from a JVC HD-10U high definition video camera tape
of the event . It had a 2x converter lens so the focal length was 800mm.

The wide angle family shot during totality was with a Nikon CoolPix 4600 with a
wide angle lens, shot at ISO 800, f 3.3 shutter speed 1/2 second.
