Partial solar eclipse visible in North America. The SEC2014 conference was held at the same time as the eclipse. Viewing from Cloudcroft NM and the Sunspot Solar Observatory was fantastic with super clear sky. Over 100 eclipse chasers from around the world gathered for the weekend conference to discuss solar science and logistics for upcoming eclipses of the Sun.
