Total Solar Eclipse 2003
Cross the Antarctic this eclipse presented chasers with a couple of options. One could go by ice breaker, visit a remote ice station, or fly an intercept path with a commercial jet liner. This eclipse was VERY low in the sky for observers on the ground yet despite the poor odds, many reported successful observations.
